As a fitness trainer with a diverse background, I bring a unique blend of expertise to my coaching. With my foundation as a Registered Nurse (RN), I understand the science of the human body and how to optimize health through fitness while ensuring safety and injury prevention. As a marathon runner I've cultivated the discipline, endurance, and mental resilience necessary for long-term success in fitness, which I pass on to my clients. My experience in high school sports has instilled a strong sense of teamwork, competitive spirit, and a passion for physical activity that continues to drive my training philosophy. This well-rounded experience allows me to offer holistic, personalized fitness programs that not only target physical transformation but also promote overall well-being, making sure that every client feels supported on their journey to health. While I have proudly served as a registered nurse, dedicating myself to caring for others in their most vulnerable moments. Nursing has been an incredibly fulfilling career, but life has a way of leading us down unexpected paths. Several years ago, I was diagnosed with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, hEDS, POTS and that changed everything. I was already dealing with an autoimmune condition called Mixed Connective Tissue Disease At first, I felt defeated. The physical limitations, constant pain, and the uncertainty of my health took a toll not only on my body but on my spirit. For a long time, I was unsure how to navigate my life, my career, and my purpose. But as I began to focus more on my own health and wellness, I found strength in physical fitness, nutrition, and mental resilience. With my medical background and personal experience overcoming chronic illness, I believe I can offer something unique to others facing similar struggles. I want to empower people to take control of their health, improve their quality of life, and become the best version of themselves, no matter their starting point. Having lived through the ups and downs of chronic illness, I know how isolating it can feel, and how hard it can be to find the right tools to support your health journey. I am committed to building a community that promotes resilience, strength, and holistic wellness. Together, we can make sure that no one has to walk this path alone.
